The noise level was excessive, both during the day due to nearby construction and at night from street noise. The lack of double glazing on the windows was a major drawback, making it difficult for us and our children to get a good night's sleep.

The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of London's bustling city center. We were only a stone's throw away from Oxford Street and could reach Leicester Square in just a short walk. Despite being in a lively area, the street itself was relatively quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.

There were a few minor drawbacks. The bathroom in the deluxe apartment was only accessible through the main bedroom, which might be a bit awkward for larger groups.

We stayed at Be London - The Soho Residences for a week with our baby. The host was kind enough to upgrade us to a spacious 2 bedroom flat in Covent Garden, which was a relief as we had originally been placed above a noisy pub. The decor was modern, the bedding and linens were of good quality, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Tottenham Court Road tube station and central Soho.
